Wednesday morning the maid did not come to unlock Penny's door as usual. Normally Penny was dragged out of bed at six thirty each morning, made to take a cold shower, and put to work. Today this did not happen. There was no clock in the room, but Penny could tell by the fact that the sun was high in the sky that it was well past six thirty. Also she saw the cows leave the field, and a new lot replace them (another new lot!!!!!). That happened a long time past six thirty (Penny had no idea exactly when, but it was always after she had been put to work).
Then, just before ten AM, Penny heard her door being unlocked, and the mistress of the house entered her room.
Mistress told Penny that the maid got Friday and Saturday off, as they often had visitors for Sunday lunch, so needed a full staff on Sunday. Penny did not get any days off, because she was a slave. Eventually Penny would be expected to perform her duties on her own when the maid had a day of, but she was not yet fully trained in her duties, so could not be expected to be able to work alone at the moment. Mistress explained all this to Penny then told her "So, instead of the maid working you hard, I am going to spend the next two days humiliating you!"
The mistress of the house knew that it embarrassed Penny to be seen in just her bra and jeans by men, so today she was going to "introduce" Penny to the farm workers. By "introduce", Mistress meant "drag Penny round the farm, and let the staff ogle Penny's body".
But first Mistress was going to tie Penny's wrists together. She was not worried that Penny might escape, as the collar that Penny was forced to wear would ensure that Mistress could find her if she did get away (it contained a tracking device). Mistress wanted Penny's wrists tied for two reasons. Firstly she knew it would humiliate Penny more if she was "displayed" to the men in bondage. Secondly, Mistress liked the idea of having Penny in bondage, and enjoyed tying her up a bit.
The mistress of the house had brought some rope with her. She grabbed Penny's arms and pulled them behind her back. Penny yelled in pain as Mistress twisted her arms behind her back. Mistress had not initially intended to hurt Penny, but she enjoyed hearing Penny yell out in pain, so she was unnecessarily brutal as she tied Penny's wrists, getting her ready for the humiliation in bondage that she was about to suffer.
