Eventually the punishment ended. It had only lasted a few minutes, but to Penny it had felt like hours. Conversely, to the maid, who had enjoyed torturing Penny, it had felt like seconds. She would have liked to torture her longer, but her feeling of needing to be fair stopped her. It was a first offence, and not a serious one, Penny had just been too slow. So a few minutes torture with the electric cattle prod on it's minimum setting, and through the denim of her jeans, not on bare flesh, seemed an appropriate punishment.
As soon as the punishment was over, Penny was made to continue with her cleaning. To the maid's disgust, Penny was still cleaning too slowly. She yelled at her angrily, but Penny's fear at getting another punishment for doing a bad job kept her working carefully. And carefully was too slow.
Suddenly the Maid's anger turned to joy, as she realised that Penny's slow work would mean that she would have to "encourage" Penny to work faster. With another evil grin the maid poked Penny's tit with the cattle prod, sending another painful electric shock through her flesh.
The maid continued torturing Penny like this while she worked. Penny tried to convince the maid that she could work faster without the tit torture, but the maid just tortured her more saying "Shut up and work, the quicker you finish, the sooner I stop."
So Penny took the hint, shut up, and worked as fast as possible.
But there was still a lot of work to do, it took time, and all the while the maid continued to torture her tits with electric shocks.
