As soon as Penny had finished cleaning the bathrooms the maid put her to work cleaning the silver. Strictly speaking the silver did not need cleaning that day, however since it was usually cleaned before they had visitors the master and mistress of the house were not going to want a "novice" cleaning it and showing them up with shoddy silverware, so this was kind of a "practise run" for Penny.
Penny was interrupted at her work by Butler who informed her that the master and mistress wanted to see her in the dining room.
When Penny got there the mistress and master of the house had recently finished their lunch, and the maid was clearing the plates and uneaten food away. Penny assumed that she had been called to help Maid, and began piling up the dishes. But the master of the house told her to stop, and wait in the corner until Maid had finished. As he spoke Penny saw a look of lustful expectance cross the master's face and realised with dread that she was going to have to show him her breasts again.
If she had seen the look of sadistic pleasure that crossed the mistress' face at the same time, Penny's feeling of dread would have worsened.
While she stood there waiting Penny saw that the maid was smiling to herself. The maid had seen the look of sadistic pleasure that had crossed the mistress' face. She did not know exactly what the mistress had planned, but from that look the maid had realised that it was going to be unpleasant for Penny, and the maid liked the idea of unpleasant things happening to Penny.
Eventually all the dishes were cleared away, and the maid realised that she would not be allowed to watch whatever was about to happen to Penny, so she headed to the kitchen with a serving trolley full of dirty plates and food leftovers.
Then the mistress told Penny to stand in front of her husband, facing him.
Penny was not surprised when he told her to remove her bra. Reluctantly, but without protesting, Penny did as she was ordered, then stood in front of him topless, so he could look at her breasts. He leered as he looked down at Penny's firm, teenage tits. Then to Penny's horror he reached out with his hands and grabbed them.
Penny stepped back and said "No!", but he simply stepped forwards and began squeezing them again. Penny tried to fight him off, but then the mistress of the house came up behind her and held her arms. This left Penny helpless, she just had to stand there and let him molest her.
It felt to Penny as though this abuse went on for over an hour, but in reality it was less than a quarter of that time.
Eventually the master stopped groping her and the mistress let her go. Mistress then turned to Penny and told her "Now that you have got him horny for me, we are going to the bedroom to fuck. You can go down to the kitchen for your own lunch."
Penny did as she was told, but when she reached the kitchen Cook told her "Maid said that you wasted too much time cleaning the bathrooms, and you are going to have to make up time by working through your lunchtime. So no food for you, sorry."
Hungry, and miserable, Penny went upstairs and got back on with cleaning the silver. After she had left Cook threw the food she would have given Penny into the pig swill bin. Maid had wanted Cook to do this in front of Penny, to make her see the food she would have eaten simply being thrown away. But the cook felt this was too cruel, and as a cook outranks a maid, Penny at least did not have to suffer this last childish humiliation.
