The Mistress of the house knew her husband better than Penny did. From the look on his face she knew that under the table he had suddenly become erect and ready for action. She too was horny from spending the past couple of hours humiliating Penny. So she told the maid "Put the food in the warmer to keep it warm, my husband and I are going to fuck." he maid was used to the mistress' openness and coarseness, so did not bat an eye. But Penny was new there, and flinched at what the Mistress of the house said.
As Maid did as she was ordered, the mistress said "Once you have put our food on the warmer unchain the slave and take her downstairs for her dinner. The keys are on the side table. But don't let her put her bra back on, make her eat topless, she needs the humiliation." Maid nodded, then hesitated before asking "May I make a suggestion?" The mistress replied "Of course, if it is sensible, always. But don't expect me to always take up your suggestion." The maid thanked her and said "Perhaps I could leave the chains on her, it will be much more humiliating for her if she has to eat in bondage. Particularly as the rest of the staff will be able to watch her struggle."
The Mistress of the house laughed at this, "Good idea" she said "Do it."
So Penny was led downstairs, still in chains, and given her usual mess of leftovers in her usual cracked bowl. Then while the rest of the staff watched, many of them laughing, she had to struggle to eat just using her fingers. Not easy at the best of times, but even more humiliating because she was still naked to the waist, and still in chains.
